convenient and Central
train station extra towels great location
the hotel is near the train station.. it's super easy to find, a big plus for travelers. i got extra towels with no problems. i also found the location ideal for reaching many restaurants and attractions.
the lack of immediate parking options nearby was a real problem. i ended up paying a hefty price for parking elsewhere, nearly doubling my expenses.

walkable location super clean room good meal options
the location worked great. it was very walkable and the trams and buses stopped right out front. the room felt super clean. the restaurant offered good options for meals.
the room was very warm and had no air-conditioning!

heater malfunction shower maintenance
the room was just not up to par. the heater barely worked, so it was pretty cold in there, and i saw this was a known issue, frustrating. also, the shower needed some serious fixing. the sink water wasn't very hot either.

this place have a pretty good location. the train station is really close. i found it easy to check in on my own.
the room felt small to me. it feel like its not enough space to move around. also the price felt high for what it is.

excellent location easy tram simple check-in efficient room
this location is excellent. tram access is super easy. self check-in was simple. i really liked not needing much space and it works great for me. the room was very efficient.
new bulbs were needed for multiple lamps. i also needed to get my own towels each day from reception.

a shared kitchen space is available on the premises for all guests. this kitchen features basic appliances so you can prepare your own meals using ingredients you bring with you, i saw it when i was at the hotel.

staff members were super helpful and always available. the electronic check-in procedure worked very well and it only took a couple of minutes. it allowed me to quickly get to my room and relax after my long flight.

the location was great with a tram stop just outside the hotel and it was an easy walk from the train station
the room lacked proper ventilation and the window was too small to provide adequate airflow also there was no fridge in the room only a shared one on the first floor that was always full finding space for my items was difficult

I loved the SUPER easy self-check-in process. It was fast. The location is unbeatable, right by the central station! I found many eateries ALL around.
The room got very hot, unfortunately. I wished for air conditioning , as it wasn't available.
